WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We roast to order from Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours  (Mon-Fri) Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days by Royal Mail or DHL depending on weight.

Subscriptions are shipped every Wednesday

Bank holidays may cause delays in dispatch

CAN I HAVE FREE DELIVERY?

All subscriptions come with free delivery as do one-time purchases over £30

Free shipping will be added at checkout

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for coffee, but we want you to be happy so please get in touch if there's a problem and we'll try to help

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please get in touch ( insert contact form link) within 30 days or receiving your order, stating your name, order number and the reason for return/exchange within 30 The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused and in the original packaging). 

We can’t cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods but will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item if you request an exchange.

 

MY REGULAR COFFEE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL YOU BE GETTING IT BACK?

Our coffees are seasonal and each year we return to our favourite growers to secure the same or similar coffees from their new harvest. If this isn’t possible, we endeavour to match the flavour profile of our best sellers Somers town Espresso and Slowly Slowly,  If you are unsure on what to pick, get in touch and we can make recommendations for you.
